Now

A family-run group of companies since 1939.

Adeeb Sabbagh Sr. was a pioneer in the automotive industry, acknowledged as the first entrepreneur to import tires and after-market spare parts for the burgeoning car industry in the Levant Region.

Recognizing that automobiles had become a popular means of transportation, requiring repair and replacement of parts, Adeeb Sabbagh founded his company in 1939, with the main office being in Amman, Jordan. He quickly identified the need for ‘service’ which led him to open his first automobiles repair workshop immediately thereafter.

In 1943, his company gained the exclusive importation and distribution rights for Michelin tires (France) and Perfect Circle engine parts (USA). This was followed by his appointment to represent other first-class brands and manufacturers in the automotive spare parts and tires repair business; including: ZF, Sachs, VDO, BorgWarner Turbo Systems, MAHLE, Corteco, Rema Tip Top and Schrader.

From its humble beginning, the Group’s interests grew and resulted in the opening of branches in Palestine, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Libya.

To this date and three generations later, the Group remains focused on Adeeb Sabbagh’s vision for

being a leader in the importation and distribution of world-class automotive brands and the professional service thereof.
